Certificate/Letter of Authority

The MC Authority Letter is an official document from the FMCSA that verifies your authority has been approved and that all necessary insurance and process agent requirements have been satisfied. It is mandatory for all Motor Carriers to have a copy of this certificate inside their CMV at all times. Once your authority is granted and active, the FMCSA will send you your Certificate of Authority.
